Key Personnel Archie Slamet has had over 28 years of business experience in the food industry working in Australia and the Asia-Pacific region and also has been an independent business consultant for over 10 years.
After beginning his career in the R&D laboratories of a flavour company, he worked with a number of multi-national food companies in the area of technical sales, marketing, production and finally general management.
After completing his overseas contract as Managing Director of an American based flavour company, he moved into Professional Business Consulting. His consulting assignments have included:
Setting up R&D / Technical centres in Aalesund, Kuala Lumpur and Seattle, facilitating a Norwegian seafood company to offer innovative and customized products in their respective markets.
Feasibility studies for an Indonesian Beef cattle farm in South Sulawesi, with the intention of importing beef cattle from Queensland; and the expansion of the dairy industry in Bandung, a project of the Queensland Department of Primary Industry and the West Java Dairy Co-operative.
